Who attends?
The SportsPro Media Summit attracts Rightsholders & Federations, Broadcasters & Streamers, Clubs & Teams, Service & Tech Providers, and Social Media Platforms from across the sports media ecosystem. Download our 2025 attendee snapshot here.
Where is the SportsPro Media Summit taking place?
The Summit is taking place at the Meliá Castilla hotel.

What are the dates and opening times for the SportsPro Media Summit?
The SportsPro Media Summit will be taking place on the 18th and 19th November, 2025.
Doors open from 8:20am on 18th November and 8:45am on 19th November.
Is there an event app?
Yes! You can access the full agenda, connect with fellow attendees, and kickstart your networking on our event app, which you can download from any app store – simply search SportsPro Events.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, the dress code is business casual.
Where can I sign up to a tour or experience?
You can sign up for delegate experiences at the Help Desk, located next to the Registration Desk. Please note that delegate experiences are limited to Networking and All Access Pass holders only. Check your email for details on how to register over the coming weeks.
TRAVEL, ACCOMODATION AND ON SITE
Where can I book acommodation?
We are delighted to be hosting the SportsPro Media Summit at the Meliá Castilla hotel. For the best rates, please visit the hotel website here.
Where do I go upon arrival?
On arrival at the hotel lobby, go straight ahead, down the short staircase and the Registration Desk will be signposted on the left.
Are there cloakrooms on site?
There is a cloakroom located in the Exhibition and Networking Zone.
Will there be meeting spaces I can use for calls?
There will be a section designated for Meeting Huddles in the Exhibition & Networking Zone. There will also be a Quiet Space for calls in the Hidalgo lobby – follow signs for the Auditorium.
Do you have a charging zone?
There will be a dedicated Recharge Zone in the Exhibition & Networking Zone to charge phones and laptops.
Will there be Wi-Fi on site?
The open Wi-Fi for attendees is Eventos_Castilla. Use the password: EventosCastill4
PASSES
Can I upgrade my pass?
You can upgrade your pass here.
What does my pass give me access to?
The SportsPro Media Summit has 3 pass types available.
Standard Pass: Access to main stage content, access to breakout stage content, and access to forums.
Networking Pass: Everything that’s included with a Standard Pass, plus access to all delegate experiences, and a ticket to the SportsPro Media Awards.
All Access Pass: Everything that’s included with a Networking Pass, plus x2 nights’ accomodation on the 17th & 18th November.

What networking do I have access to?
There are a number of dedicated networking hours in the agenda for all attendees, as well as access to connect and set up meetings through the event app.
